Dr. Whitelock is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over 45 years of experience in the central Texas area. His compassionate and personalized approach to care has helped numerous individuals achieve mental and emotional well-being.
Meet Mistee Jefferies
Mistee is an experienced board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner working across the life spectrum providing psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy to help patients live their best lives. She is an experienced communicator, healthcare provider, and nurse educator.
Meet Holly Franke
Holly Franke, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience providing comprehensive mental health care across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. She is passionate about helping adult individuals navigate mental health challenges through compassionate, patient-centered care.
ADHD/ADD
We provide medication management to children as young as 5, teens, young adults, and adults. We take the time to listen and understand you, the whole person.

PTSD
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is triggered by experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. We personalize your treatment, taking into account your symptom severity, patient preferences and medication tolerance.
Autism
We offer Autism diagnostic evaluations for children (as young as age 5), adolescents, and adults. Evaluations are available in both the Temple and San Marcos office locations. These evaluations must be completed in person.
